MAPICS EC help

Can someone point me to where I can go to get good solid help in setiing
up a few trading partners in our EC module. I have a 3 trading partners
that need corrections and 2 trading partners that need to be set up in
EC. We have the data coming into the TTRUSER file but getting them to
correctly move into MAPICS is a problem. The EC manual doesn't seem to
clearly explain what to do when receiving a partner into EC with a status
of 25 and no errors. How do I get it to upload?
