A couple of employers ago, we found multi-part laser paper that we used with
our forms application. While we had to send 4 copies to the printer (as I
recall we indicate copy1= original, copy 2 = file, etc. and I don't recall
the specifics of what we did on that part). The paper was such that the when
the driver signed the top copy, all of the copies got the signature on them.
I do recall that we had to test two version of the paper to determine if the
laser printer printed on the top or bottom side of the paper (it made a
difference ). Each copy was a different color and as I recall 3 and 5 part
paper was also available (at least from that supplier). We had those forms
use a specific drawer that was different that regular single paper copies.
Reduced the number of printers that we had in shipping.
