I was wondering if anyone has attempted to run MAPICS XA Release 6 on a I series machine at OS400 V7.1?
We have attempted this feat on 3 different LPARS and have found that the MAPICS Client will not perform certain "COPY" functions for Purchase Orders and Items. I realize that we are treading on ground that INFOR specifically says not to, but we are pretty close to getting this migration to work. Since we cannot look at the Smalltalk data and the actual SQL statements, we were wondering if anyone has possibly developed a way to get past this? We definitely do not want to have to reinvent the wheel here....
