Feature/option planning factor

Is there something equivalent to the feature/option planining factor in
kbc or Buy Design?

Using KBC or Buy Design, how do you plan through Forecasting/MRP the
quantity of each option that you might need when one option is selected 70
percent of the time and the other option is selected 30 percent of the time?

If you are using features/options for your configurator then you can use
the features/option panning factor. How do you handle this with kbc or buy
design?
