Zebra would work, but it uses relatively expense label stock. If you are already using Zerbra's for other label printing then I guess using them for move tickets also is more practical. I would rather see you print any shop packet work sheets/traveler docs + move tickets on a laser printer. Ultimately you should go truly paperless and record all activities on touch screens and handhelds.

Subject: [MAPICS-L] Paperless move ticket printers.

Hello all.

We run Paperless MDCC as our shop floor reporting and tracking system.

My question is: What type of printers are people using to print the move tickets?

Since the move ticket is only 4 by 4, would a Zebra type printer work?

Thanks
