As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I don't know whether you're subscribed to the midrange-l list or not, but you'd
probably get a much quicker response to this question there than here, since
it's much more on-topic there and that list has a lot larger subscriber list.
I'm not going to cut the discussion off here, but this forum isn't really the
best fit for it.

We are experiencing a problem where any FTP invalid login does not generate a
system message on the AS/400. The user profile will be disabled after several
attempts but there is no system message telling us that the user profile has
been disabled.
Does anyone know how to capture this type of error? How can we get FTP invalid
password to issue a system message?
