Brenda,
One of the first projects I ever did in MAPICS was to interface MAPICS/DB to
a carousel inventory system such as you're describing. I'm sorry I don't
remember the brand any more. The customer no longer has MAPICS or that
particular facility. (It was, after all, over 23 years ago !)
If you have any specific questions, please feel free to get in touch with me
and I'll see what I can share.

subject: [MAPICS-L] mapics and AS/R Magic carousel

Hello,

I am 6 months new to my current company, which uses Mapics and also uses a
third party software called Magic by AS/R Systems that will spin a
controlled warehouse carousel. We are currently an uncontrolled warehouse
in Mapics, but looking at moving towards a controlled warehouse. I am
looking for any other Mapics companies that might also use this Magic
software. Thanks in advance for any input!

Have a Great Day!!.........Brenda
