Assuming you are on the old AM financial applications, yes once a month is what is possible.

Current financial applications introduced in 1994 provide many new features including the ability to run ad hoc statements at anytime. They also allow you to run them "as of" a date.

them at month end but sometimes a customer would a statement ad hoc.
