I think that AR batches have to be in the 'Suspend' or Finished' status for the saves to run. This might be true for most accounting batches. We have a procedure in place that requires the accounting personal to have all batchs in the 'Finished' status when they closdwdown each night.

Currently we are R7.8 and we do our nightly save the old fashion way.
We use the Mapics nightly save optional.
My question is, what type of batches (i.e. AP , AR , GL ,, etc)
can be suspended and still get a save?
