Hi,

The underlaying reason is the fact that the PO is an official document, with
financial consequences. Therefore Mapics makes you to cancel the existing PO
and issue a new one with the changed conditions

"Pete--- You may be able to "backdoor" it through POMAST, of course it may
have unintended results. I was able to do that before but going from
blanket PO to regular."
