Pete--- You may be able to "backdoor" it through POMAST, of course it may
have unintended results. I was able to do that before but going from
blanket PO to regular.

Sorry guys. I just found the answer on the INFOR's Knowledgebase: the
answer is NO. The note says:

"Yes, if there is no activity on the item, then you can change the blanket
indicator from N to Y. Just tab to the field and make the change. If
there has been activity to an item, you cannot change the item to be a
blanket item."
