I'd like to thank you for your participation in this mailing list. It's good to know that Infor is watching it. I'm also happy to see you responding to the 'rants' in a positive manner. I can only imagine how hard it can be to deal with customers who have strong negative perceptions, whether it's due to past disappointments or current shocks. I hope that seeing those perceptions expressed is helpful in identifying how to change them for the better.
