Without knowing more about your situation, (MAPICS release, PCM level,
how much order maintenance you do) I would make sure you are really up
to date on your PCMs. This solved some problems I've had with MTHACTE.

In a follow up to a posting a few weeks ago, I was wondering who out
there is using the MTHACT files to track sales activity.
We are attempting to use MTHACTE to track are sales booking activity on
the date of the transaction and keep finding errors in the data.
There seems to be a lot of bugs lately with the updating of these files
through CSM maintenance activities that don't show up when you are doing
the same activity through COM.
What are other people doing to make sure the data is accurate?
