Graham,

I'm not exactly sure what the requirement is at your facility. My understanding is that the DPAS rating is assigned to vendors within a contract. This then is used to prioritize materials and work effort.

The first part would be relatively easy as you can add a vendor DPAS code to the vendor file using one of the available vendor master file fields. If you are using Client/Architecture aka PowerLink aka IDF, then you can easily add this to your vendor master.

The second part, is where I'll need more information. You may be able to use the multi-source feature in some way. Or perhaps a procurement profile.

Is this to provide your vendors with schedules?
Is this to provide your vendors with names of their sub-contractors?

Let me know and we can come up with a solution.
