From a green screen use the WRKLNK (work link command). This will allow
you to work through the IFS directory structure. Put a 5 on the QDLS
line press enter. When that directory opens put 5 on the AFDWEB line
and press enter. When that directory opens page down till you reach the
file giving the problem. Type 4 on that line to remove the file. Exit
out of WRKLNK command, re-download the file from the web.
