Roger, I didn't answer you earlier because we had to write our own for the export agency we used. Then we moved to a service where we just sent them the data in a CSV format and they generated the paperwork themselves from their systems.
If you need the information, I might be able to dig it back up somehow.

(that you would recommend) to handle the printing of all your export order
