Look into the XA report writer Info/WorkPlace or IWP. It is a very powerful
tool for creating your own custom reports over IFM or any data in Mapics or
the iSeries. There are "subsets" available over the IFM database that have
the files and relationships configured and all you need to do is choose the
information you want on your report.
IWP has a simple windows-based report designer that allows you to find
fields by description, choose the sorting and totaling, select the
information include or exclude, and quickly and easily layout the report to
look exactly the way you want it. All without needed to know any technical
details about the IFM database.
