We have MRP, but are not using it. I am not sure if all the interfaces are even turned on. The items that are showing up are at an order policy code of G. Is there anything else I need to look at?

Only Order policy codes B and C are used by the reorder pt system (IM or OBPM) so if you are not using MRP set this to a 'G', the default ( MRP item) . Subset in browser and mass change.
