deleting open orders

Does anyone have an easy to follow instruction sheet on how to delete
open orders that are at status 0 or 15?

MAPICS talked me through a convoluted series of steps several years ago
and I didn't take the time to write them down either during or after the
phone session. If memory serves me correctly I had to use several
utilities to change fields in several files before I could delete the
orders.

I was hoping there might be an easier way developed in the last few
years.
