The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
That is exactly what changing the status fields in MBKJREP & MBDHREP does.

Re: [MAPICS-L] Pre Paid and Add Shipments
We have a similar situation. When we make a shipment and don't know the
freight charge, we change the print option on the shipment workbench
screen to not ready to invoice, which changes the status of the
shipment to 00, then when we get the information, we go in and add the
special charge, and release the order to invoice, changing the status
back to 20. We use the maintain shipment screen to do this.
This will not print an invoice for that shipment and gives you the
ability to maintain the shipment at a later time.

Subject: [MAPICS-L] Pre Paid and Add Shipments
Just want to see how others are handling Pre-Paid and Add Freight
Charges. We want to automate the Pick Pack Ship function further and
invoice daily all confirmed shipments, but we don't know the freight
charges to apply to these few Pre-Paid and Add Freight Charge orders,
until the following day and depend on the freight companies for this
information. UPS and FedEx works fine with Pick Pack Ship user exit and
customizing we have made with help from CisTech. If anyone out there is
doing this can you share your process.
Thank you,
