Web Tools

Thanks to everyone who replied, it definitely sounds like we need to
continue investigating this product. When adding/customizing
functionality did you do this internally or hire CSC to do it? In
general how difficult have you found it to add/customize functionality?
Is the WebSmart development tool easy to use? Did your development
staff get training on the WebStart development tool?
