The whole XA support is in a state of disarray, as far as I am
concerned.
The other day I went to the "Infor No Wait Response" web page to
research
a problem on their Website and all I got was dead ends.
Who is redoing their site anyway????
And then today I call in to the support line to create a new incident
and
come to find out, my support ID number got changed.
What gives?
No big surprise that we haven't see any PTF notices.

Has any received any notices regarding PTF fixes, I have heard nothing
since July 9th.

We were getting two notices per week.

The web site's last posting is July 9th also.

Very confused.
