I have used the new system - it works very well.

I like the ability to upload attachments, I attached my screen
shot and it saved me from writing a novel describing the problem.

I received an email when my answer was posted, the answer was correct.

Ironically I was posting a problem that went unresolved under the old
system.

Pete,
I tried leaving the first password blank and that worked. But when I went

to the second screen and keyed in the new password that I changed, it
keeps
telling me my password is incorrect.

I even have a different id and password at one client site and that does
not
work...Great way to support my clients...

Eric, This is a know bug. They are fixing for affiliates to make the
password the same for all accts we work at... Not sure about
independents
like yourself... I thought we had mine fixed. Still having a problem...

Try leaving the password blank on the first screen. on 2nd scrren select

one of ids then key in password

It recognizes that I am using the same email address but does not seem

Have you tried calling the new number? You will get the "Operators are
currently taking other callers, please leave a message".
