Pete,
How would I go about displaying the jobact record?
I have received the LDA(PARM) that the program needs form Mapics.
Now if the jovact record will show me what is passed, I can then
set up my cl.
Thanks,
William..

Willie, I guess what I would do is download the source for that pgm... See what
parms are being passed & needed. I would then put the jobq that you have p/r
reports running out of on hold. Run your report and then look at the jobact
record to see what the LDA section of jobact looks like. That is what you need
to pass in your cl and put on the job scheduler..

Readers digest version...
Hope this helps / good luck

I have been asked to automate a Mapics Current Employee Listing (AMPTL) run for
each month. They would like it ran from the job scheduler.
Any information on the program to call, parms, etc., would be greatly
appreciated.
Thanks,
