Does anyone have any experience in scanning a 2d bar code then parseing the
data? The barcodes are coming from Japan.. The scanners are Symbol MC9090 RF
using 5250 sessions.
This is a sample of what I get if I scan into a word document.. A comma
delimited file.

Max rec length could be 175 char. the 4 flds I have highlighted and underlined
are all I need.
I defined a fld on my display as 180 char non display... I just scan for
commas a seperate the data.
Unfortunately I am not on site at this time. So I don't have access to the
scanner
One the scanner seems to gag when it reads the WTD** (near the end) plus it
seems to be reading one char at a time.
Any thoughts or help is appreciated. Plus I hope this makes sense. Contact me
offline if need be
Thanks in advance
Pete
