If I recall there is an ODBC driver for Peachtree that gives pretty good 
access the data files.  It was marketed under a name like "Advance 
Reporting with Crystal Reports".

It's been a few years since I have touched Peachtree but if you get the 
ODBC driver you should be able to extract the data and load it into the 
off-line and initial loads.

Yes I can, and I have done that for a report. but reports do not always 
print all the information.

Skip, can you export to excel or a tab delemited file. Then transfer 
from 
excel to the 400 work file.
Just a quick thought.
