The conversion took place over 1 weekend. We had to migrate from 3 to 4
and then from 4 to 7.
Infor has a migration tool that will allow you to go right from 4 to 7.
I am a staff of 1 and used a consultant who was familiar with our mods
(he wrote most of them) We took about 3 months to prepare for the
conversion with about 20 hours of my time and about 16 hours of the
consultants time a week.

Was your jump from rel 3 to 7 in one step?  We are at release 4 and I am
curious how much time was spent on the actual conversion.
