In addition to using Jacana (IWP) to extract the pricing information from Mapics, you could also consider our business analysis product, inTuator. With inTuator, you could extract the pricing data for customers, then send it to salesreps for use in an offline mode. That way salesreps could see not only a single customer's pricing but review all of their customers with similar pricing or find pricing for similar types of customers.
