Doug, We had a similar issue here, what we ended up doing was writing a jacana report that customer service can run at any time. Terry Terry Moffitt Director IS/IT www.altek-inc.com INNOVATIVE MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS -----Original Message----- From: mapics-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:mapics-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Morrison, Doug Sent: Thursday, December 14, 2006 11:38 AM To: MAPICS-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [MAPICS-L] Pricing Inquiry Just wondering if anyone has somehow integrated the pricing inquiry into either browser, PowerLink, or a web site? Our customer service people have been asking for sometime to have a pricing inquiry in browser, like green screen COM>2>5. Our sales rep are now asking for a web pricing inquiry so when they are doing a customer visit they can quickly lookup the customer's actual price of an item via the internet. We are using the standard COM pricing logic. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
