Shipping Workbench user exit

Hello group, I am trying to add a screen to the shipping workbench (AMBQGDFR) 
so that users can select custom forms that we need to print.  Has anyone done 
something like this?  The best documentation I've found is in the COMEXITS text 
file in AMXLIB/UMBSRC, but it does not list some of the exits that are 
available from within COM (AMVB2DFR).  Any thoughts?
