Use of Business Intelligence Applications

Group,

We are beginning to explore Business Intelligence applications for our
company (privately held about 250 employees and growing).  We are using
Infor XA Rel 7 and know a little about Infor/Cognos partnership.  Would
anyone care to share their experience with Cognos or other BI
application?  Who helped you plan and implement, Infor, Cognos, other
parties?

Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.
