Bob, Our XA V4 system does what you described. For us it is because at some point in time we reset our order numbers. Current order numbers are smaller than the historical numbers and the screen displays orders in order number sequence descending. The high numbers (older orders) show first. Response is probably in proportion to the number of orders in history. We have 675,000 orders in history yet the response is not too bad.
