    Jeff,

Have you looked at the Crew Clocking transaction in PMC? This allows
for labor time to be calculated with machine time only being calculated
    for the crew leader.

Refer to the PMC user's Guide for additional information.

    Thanks

    Subject: [MAPICS-L] cell scheduling

We have several work cells where we will have multiple folks clocked
    onto
a single Shop packets, orders. And we are trying to schedule with
    PCC and
        resolve overloads with CRP.

Example: 3 employees clock onto a job at 7 am and off at 9 am.

This would accumulate 6 hrs of labor - and this is fine and reflects
        reality.

The problem is the JOB also accumulates 6 hrs of machine time - 2
    hrs per
        person.

I need to be able to use machine hrs to schedule the cell - but the
    JOB
        will only take 2 hrs.

Anytime we have more then 1 person on a packet the machine hrs are
        inflated.

This in turn inflates our averages and later standards .

I was curious if others out there have solved this 'cellular'
    scheduling
        issue.

Any relief in PLMC, or rel 7 ?

        I appreciate any input

        Thanks
