This allows for labor time to be calculated with machine time only being calculated for the crew leader. Refer to the PMC user's Guide for additional information. And we are trying to schedule with PCC and resolve overloads with CRP. Example: 3 employees clock onto a job at 7 am and off at 9 am. This would accumulate 6 hrs of labor - and this is fine and reflects reality. The problem is the JOB also accumulates 6 hrs of machine time - 2 hrs per person. I need to be able to use machine hrs to schedule the cell - but the JOB will only take 2 hrs. Anytime we have more then 1 person on a packet the machine hrs are inflated. This in turn inflates our averages and later standards . I was curious if others out there have solved this 'cellular' scheduling issue. Any relief in PLMC, or rel 7 ? I appreciate any input Thanks Jeff Snyder, CPIM Guide Technologies ( working on an issue for Betts Ind) _______________________________________________ This is the MAPICS ERP System Discussion (MAPICS-L) mailing list To post a message email: MAPICS-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/mapics-l or email: MAPICS-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/mapics-l. _______________________________________________ This is the MAPICS ERP System Discussion (MAPICS-L) mailing list To post a message email: MAPICS-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/mapics-l or email: MAPICS-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/mapics-l.
