We have several work cells where we will have multiple folks clocked onto
a single Shop packets, orders. And we are trying to schedule with PCC and
  resolve overloads with CRP.
Example: 3 employees clock onto a job at 7 am and off at 9 am. This would accumulate 6 hrs of labor - and this is fine and reflects
  reality.
The problem is the JOB also accumulates 6 hrs of machine time - 2 hrs per
  person.
I need to be able to use machine hrs to schedule the cell - but the JOB
  will only take 2 hrs.
Anytime we have more then 1 person on a packet the machine hrs are
  inflated.
This in turn inflates our averages and later standards . I was curious if others out there have solved this 'cellular' scheduling
  issue.
Any relief in PLMC, or rel 7 ? I appreciate any input Thanks Jeff Snyder, CPIM
