Yes multiple people are entering orders.  We then run the update once for 
all orders that are flagged as 'READY'.  In the future we want to be able 
to call the update process for each order, so that the order will show a 
shipment immediately in COM.  Customer Service is really pushing for this, 
since they were able to see the shipment immediately when we did the 
shipments using the Pick/Pack/Ship module. 

After we get this SA issue resolved that will be the next phase of this 
project.

Steve,

Do you have multiple people feeding the offship files concurrently?  Then,
does the update run once for each person, or once for all?
