They are working on the problem, but are having a hard time replicating 
it.
It's sorta hit or miss for us.

I'm curious what Infor is doing about this problem.   Why should the
customers have to work around the vendor's obvious software problem?

Have you looked at why it is not generating the SA's?  I really can't
have
someone keying in hundreds of transactions when this happens.  I quickly

wrote a program that will generate a SA transaction from a file that
contains items/orders that need fixed, but we shouldn't need to be doing

this.

Can you share your audit program?  I wrote a query that looks at
MBCOREP,
creates a file of missing SA's.  Not confident that it is picking up all

the records.
