Dear List,
        Can anyone suggest how any Mapics module/process can be monitored 
and/or information extracted so that performance metrics can be tabulated and 
reviewed?
         I need to investigate ways to provide usable metrics for our Mapics 
installations and usage and am looking for suggestions.  How are other
firms monitoring their installations, if any?
