We currently have System i5 model 520 without any LPAR's. Our XA license is a 200 concurrent user. We are considering an upgrade to our system that would allow us to create LPAR's. We are also considering moving our test environment to a second LPAR. So my question is would we need to have a second license to run a test environment in a different LPAR? A second question would be if we have a second LPAR but don't run XA in it is there still any licensing concerns? Thanks Doug
