Hi Nick,
We've had the same problem with keys expiring and extra MAPICS screens...
Really disruptive in Robot/Replay!

The command WRKLICINF will display all system keys including MAPICS. You can
display the key by finding the right key.

Depending upon your license and release you'll need to display the correct
key. We have "Registered User" licensing, and we are on R6 of MAPICS. So
for us I display the key..:
         License
Product Term Feature Description
5R33M7X V2R6 5001 MAPICS XA Registered

Put a 5=Display then page down to see expiration date on 2nd page.

Best Regards,

Ed Kandel

Subject: [MAPICS-L] Expiring keys

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know where I can find out when my MAPICS key expires? We are
on XAR6.

I know mine is coming up soon, and I have not had any messages coming up
on my screen yet stating that our key is about to expire.

We use ROBOT Scheduler heavily, along with REPLAY, and last year I had a
problem because of the extra screen that kept popping up.

I am going to request a Temp key to try and stop the Pop Up screen, until
our check clears and I can request another Perm key.

Thanx,

Nick
