Hi,

It looks like you are trying to add the record in for a Line Location,
but you are in the Stock Location screen.
Try pressing F8 on this screen to show Line Locations, then proceed
again.

Hi list:

(I am on MAPICS XA R6)

I am trying to create a location detail record manually.   I am trying
to 
do it like this:

a) Inventory Management
b) File Maintenance
c) Location Control
d) Location Detail
e) On the OPTION field, I choose option 3: LOCATION QUANTITIES

I enter my whse, stock location, item and batch/lot but then the error
message appears.

What am I missing?
