When we are doing testing from Mapics R5 to R6, we used the offline load for Items/Structures/Routings for the release 6 environment, using RPG programs to build the files in the format needed. That way, you can delete the entries in one environment while creating add transactions for the other and pass all of Mapics editing requirements.
