Hi Jon, There are a number of electronic forms applications today that are all designed to replace your pre-printed stock and impact printers. I would like to suggest that you take a look at JacanaForms which easily handles invoice's, PO's, statements, etc. You can also print checks with the MICR line on the bottom for the banks. JacanaForms is a full featured forms product that can output to laser printers, send forms via email, create PDF's and interface to fax applications. The high quality output includes the ability to produce labels and bar codes too. For more information, please contact me off line. Momentum Utilities is the developer of JacanaForms, Info/WP and inTuator. We are on MAPICS 5.5 and still have older impact printers for our AP checks and invoices but would like to migrate these to plain paper. Has anyone used Quadrant Software or any other package for this? Thanks, Jon Le Roi Director of I.T. Tegal Corporation
