Automating OFFTRN Load

I know we have been on this topic countless times, I just can't seem to find
my documentation for an example. I do remember the "CALL   AXZPSJ PARM(&LDA
AMIPEB)" to skip past the offline screen and straight into a "suspended" I
just can remember the LDA population and positioning. Does anyone have a CL
listing the would be willing to share.
