GL Journal Transactions from Offline Files

Has anyone out there been successful in call the necessary program(s) and 
passing the "offline file name", offline file location", "library name" and 
"disk file clear y/n" ??

I have created code to handle all aspects up to and including populating the 
GLTRAN file...thats the easy part. What would make my code complete would be to 
pass and load as a suspended batch straight away into "Enter/Edit Journal 
Transactions".

Has anyone had success in this area ?? Willing to share a snipit of code ???
