If using Windows XP, Download the "Beta" Anti-spyware from Microsoft's
website. They bought Giant Anti-Spyware, and, so far are giving it away.
Go to Support.microsoft.com and search for "Spyware". I bought and used
it before Microsoft acquired them, works great.

Re: [MAPICS-L] 6.0 browser errors.

Wes,

Run Anti-Spyware scans on his PC. I ran into that with one of my users,
and that fixed it. I use two free ones, and they work great with each
other.

AdAware - available at http://www.lavasoft.com

SpyBot - available at
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html

One misses some, the other misses others, but the two together work REALLY
well. And they are free! (You can donate if you wish).

I have a user that is running XP pro for a operating system on his pc. He
get intermitted run time errors.
when either opening up browser panels, or doing maintenance on MO from
browser. He sometimes, when he is creating MO and importing operations
into
the MO, all of operations will on import into the MO for him. He is only
one
out of 15 users that has these types of problems.I have been trying to
work
with mapics support, and have sent them countess error logs, but they have
been no help. I have un-installed and re-installed Mapics on his computer.
I
have the latest PTF's for both the browser and small talk on his machine.
Nothing helps! We are at release XA 6.0 and the 5.2 OS for the AS400. My
question is: have any of you ever experience this before and how did you
fix
it?

Weston
