What Bios Level?  Also, It may well have a different system board between 
the two.  We are a Manufacturer of Single board computers, and our 
Customers use many different Rev's of our product to go into their "Same" 
end Product.

Thanks, This happens to be a HP laptop. We have another one,the exact same
laptop, running the same Mapics software and that one doesn't have a
problem.

We have had that problem here in the past and were told it was the
motherboard on the PC. It wouldn't support the Browser application, for
whatever reason. We tried the latest patches for Mapics and Windows, and 
it
never totally resolved the issue. This has happened on a few of our PCs, 
but
we have only replaced one motherboard, and that did fix the issue.
