$ECRAS is a journal used by the MAPICS EC module. I think it is used for 
Remmittance Advice Send Transactions.
 
Just end journalling on that journal and delete it.. MAPICS EC will recreate if 
required.

        I am trying to get some information about $ECRAS (because I do not know 
what is it) but I am thinking... Is it possible to
        end you journal process on your test environment and then try to rename
