Terry, We have some power PC users who use Crystal Reports to access MAPICS files. They like the functionality of Crystal for Ad hoc reporting. Some need help with setting up the initial queries on exactly which files to use. You can create a data dictionary for them in Crystal. Remember to check the 'Convert CCSID 65535 to text' box under Translation Tab on the ODBC definition.
