To All,

Has anyone had the pleasure of adding "lost" records to the MOTRAN file from
AP, PCC and PMC? We migrated from release 6 to release 7 two weeks ago and did
not realize that we had to activate history in PCC via PCC maintenance to the
PCCCON file. The result is that we have two weeks of production activity that
did not get posted to MOTRAN. We use this file for several custom reports and
inquiries and need to recover these transactions if possible. We have
Paperless installed and I believe that I can get the labor transactions from
history file contained in this product. I also believe that I can generate
offline miscellaneous charge records from OPNPAY files.

My plan is to clear the MOTRAN file in our test environment and try to generate
offline transactions for labor, miscellaneous charges and outside operations
and post them in the test environment. Once the MOTRAN records have been
generated in this environment, I was going to copy them to production. Does
anybody see any problems with this or have any better ideas on how to generate
these transactions. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
David Lauderdale
