It's been in place for about a year and is working well! We use it primarily for managing AR & customer status along with some reports. We are fortunate enough to have few 'bad' customers, The software has allowed us to easily (graphically) monitor customers activity and credit limits. We have a very interesting approach to credit and this software has been very helpful in terms of watching customers as opposed to policing (flogging) them after the fact. An interesting aspect of the software is that it exposed the extent of our discount with respect to terms. As soon as we realized how much we were giving away with terms discounts - especially on contract priced items - we eliminated the early pay discount. That alone paid for the software! And to date not one customer has complained or mentioned the dropping of early pay discount as so many payment houses are automated anyway. I think the software is a good investment, and it's quickly becoming more and more portable - should that be a concern.
